Our Team

Our Founder and Managing Director,

Miguel Carrillo, has structured a team of highly respected and talented associates from around the globe, to serve some of the world's most socially responsible Hotels, Resorts and Camps in multiple areas.


Miguel's travel motives started at a very young age, when he moved to Rome for three years from his native Caracas, followed by a couple of years in Washington D.C.
and then Brussels, where he studied Translation and Interpretation at ULB and also had his first exposure to travel planning, while studying airline ticketing at IATA. After obtaining his second degree, this time in Hospitality Management, Miguel joined SAP, British Airways, Continental Airlines and LTA, before starting his hotel career at
Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where he spent nineteen years, occupying important roles in Sales and Marketing both at the Hotel level, and in Global Sales, promoting over one hundred properties, camps and private jet tours in thirty-three countries. He also occupied several
Director of Sales and Marketing roles at
Hyatt Hotels Corporation and
Auberge Resorts Collection, before launching Motivos Hospitality.
